Amy Deming, founder of MiLPH™ World™ is a bona fide MiLPH™. No, not that MILF…the new MiLPH™, a mother In Life, Passion & Health. Deming is busy at life, as a wife and mother raising three children, producing and managing a business, pursuing her passions of acting and surfing while still making time to train for marathons and practice Bikram yoga. Deming wouldn’t have it any other way. But, she wasn’t always so MILPHy. In fact, for a couple years too many, she suffered from self-inflicted "frumpy mommy syndrome" and gave up her life outside the home. One day, Deming woke up and decided to embark on something more inspiring, exciting and fulfilling.

After years of searching, struggling and growing…A MiLPH™ was born. With this MiLPH™ came strength, beauty and confidence. This revelation was too great not to share with others. And with this, MiLPH™ World was formed. Deming founded MiLPH™ World™ in a valiant effort to create a tasteful arena to celebrate the beauty of the MiLPH™, a beautiful, confident mother that lets nothing stand in her way and will do everything necessary to squeeze all the juice out of the orange of life.

Deming has been in the entertainment industry in various capacities for the past 15 years. Her involvement includes acting, modeling and producing. She also has several years of experience in management and as an Event Coordinator. Deming’s industry experience, passion for the project and business contacts have proven invaluable in making MiLPH™ World™ a reality.

MiLPH™ World™ is fortunate to have the expertise of one individual, Jeffrey Webber, who has more than 25 years of experience as a successful early-stage investor and has served as a close advisor to scores of emerging growth technology companies. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Accept Software, Inc., BorderWare Technologies, Inc., LignUp Corporation, SOASTA, TECHTRIBEnetworks, Inc., Webify Solutions, Inc. and MiLPH™ World™, Inc. Mr. Webber is Chairman of the Board at Vizible Corporation and a member of the advisory board at Medstory, Inc. Before that, he served on six public company boards; Aurum Software, Inc., AvantGo, Inc., Commerce One Inc., Persistence Software Inc., Sagent Technology and Sybase Inc., as well as on numerous private company boards. Mr. Webber’s extensive knowledge and experience make him a valuable addition to an early-stage enterprise, like MiLPH™ World™, Inc. Mr. Webber holds a BA from Yale University.
